Q: Can I use more than one coupon code at a time?
A: No. The website will not allow "stacking" of coupon codes.
Q: How long does it take for my order to ship after the order is placed?
A: Your order is typically shipped within one to three days from when you place the order. If your order is placed on the weekend or on a Holiday, your order will be shipped out accordingly.
Q: How long does delivery to my home take?
A: We are located in Lincoln, NE. Regular mail usually (not guaranteed) takes 5-10 BUSINESS days dependant upon how far you are from us. Priority Mail advertises 2-3 days anywhere in the US, though we have found it often takes 3-5 BUSINESS days. Tracking information is provided on all orders. We will ONLY respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 BUSINESS days from the date the order was placed.
Q: What if my order is lost in the mail?
A: We recommend that all orders be shipped via PRIORITY MAIL. This provides much better tracking and has proven to be much more reliable than First Class Mail. If your order shows delivered to the correct address or an address incorrectly input by the customer, it is the customers responsibility to track down the package. We will glady provide tracking and or delivery information. If your order is lost due to a shipping error made by Forest Street, we will first make every effort to locate it and will replace the order if necessary. Tracking information is only provided on orders on which the customer has selected to pay for tracking. We will ONLY respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed. FOREST STREET DOES NOT ASSUME LIABILITY FOR ANY PACKAGES AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN TENDERED TO THE USPS FOR DELIVERY.
Q: May I return or exchange products that I am dissatisfied with?
A: We do not accept returns as each item is custom made upon each placed order. We do accept exchanges for size as long as the item is returned in unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, pet free condition. Returns are at the cost of the customer unless it is at the fault of Forest Street.
