Shipping & Returns
We take pride in our high level of customer satisfaction and our service reputation.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Hats/Caps and Mugs.
Any items purchased with discounts or coupons or any items considered SALE items are not eligible for return.
We do not accept any returns on any of our items. We do EXCHANGES ONLY. Please send item back to FOREST STREET, 601 Van Dorn Street, Suite D, LINCOLN, NE 68502. It must be in original condition and include a $5 reshipping fee (If exchanging for a XX-Large tee or tank please add an additional $2 for each item to your reshipping fee AND $2 for upsizing). Reshipping fee can be paid via paypal to firstname.lastname@example.org or you may send a $5 money order with your exchange. We do not accept checks. Please include a description of your exchange item requested in your envelope.
All exchanges must be processed within 15 days of receipt of your package.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. Notifications need to be sent to email@example.com. We will not refund initial shipping cost. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise we do not pay for return shipping. Returning shipments must be postmarked to return no more than 7 days of date that the order was received by customer. Orders that are received for return that do not meet the return policy requirements will be donated to a local charity.
Returns may be made via your choice of carrier at your cost.

Unless there is an error on the part of FOREST STREET, All sales are final on custom printed orders regardless of circumstance.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
We strive to process and ship orders within 24 hrs of receiving them. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. We also do not guarantee the delivery time frames estimated by carriers. After your order has shipped, please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping and 3-5 business days for priority shipping.
We ship to the address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.
Please be aware that once a package is shipped, the USPS often does not update package tracking information until it is delivered.
Tracking information is provided on all orders. WE will only respond to requests to track orders that have gone beyond 14 business days from the date the order was placed.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer will be subject to addtional shipping costs if returned to FOREST STREET as undeliverable.
FOREST STREET does not accept liability for any packages after they have been accepted by the USPS for delivery to customer. ALL LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED packages are the responsibility of the buyer. In the rare event of a USPS failure, please contact them with any questions or concerns.
